Hugo Caccuri Junior
President
Studied law at Belgrano University (Buenos Aires, Argentina), attended EAE – Escuela Argentina de la Exportación (Buenos Aires, Argentina) with a major in International Trade and took a Management and Working Environment course at Brazilian’s premiere University: FGV – SP. In his 33-year long career, Hugo has worked for family owned, small, medium and large sized companies as well as for publicly and privately held multinational institutions; he has worked with ADRs and stocks on the New York Stock exchange market – NYSE and Nasdaq.
Holds a solid international experience in North, Central, South America and Europe. Held top leadership positions in commercial areas such as marketing, sales, operational, logistics, foreign trade and administrative. Former general director of company, president and member of administrative committee. Joined several entrepreneurial trade association and pre and post Nafta negotiations (Canada, United States and Mexico) as a representative for the Manufacturing Industry – consumer goods.
As a consultant, became an expert in Executive Search (generalist profile). Joined a large, publicly held, American Multinational company in Brazil. In six year performing as a headhunter conducted 493 top leadership and middle management projects. In February 2003, founded Caccuri Consultores® - Executive Search.
He is the founding partner (August, 2003) of the Great Place to Work Institute of Mexico, a consulting company that compiles a list of the best companies to work for in 26 countries.
A sportsman in his youth, practiced rugby for 9 years, rowing tennis and gliding (glider flyer).
